We respect your right to control your personal data. If you wish to delete your Nobiru account and all associated data, please follow the instructions below.
How to Request Account Deletion
Send an email to [email protected] with:
- Subject: Delete My Account
- Include: The email address associated with your Nobiru account
What Gets Deleted
When you request account deletion, we will permanently remove:
- Your account credentials (email, encrypted password)
- All routines, tasks, and customizations
- Completion history and streak data
- WHOOP integration data (if connected)
- Preferences and settings
- Usage analytics linked to your account

Your account and data will be permanently deleted
You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.
Data Retention Exceptions
Certain data may be retained for a limited period as required by law, including:
- Transaction records (if applicable) for tax/legal compliance
- Anonymized, aggregated analytics data
- Data required for legal proceedings or regulatory requirements
